Light brown color on my breasts is that normal?!

Question: Just recently I've noticed light brown color on my breast looks like a bruise almost but it doesn't hurt when I touch it. Also there are little tiny bumps(there really small). Not sure what caused this I'm worried it might be cancer but there is no lumps? Any idea what it could be

Breast cancer lumps feel hard, like a marble under the skin, so it's probably not that. However, it could possibly be skin cancer. Skin cancers tend to be uneven in color and irregular in shape. To see what skin cancers look like, go to Google Images Advanced Search and search for skin cancer on the phrase (second) line: http://images.google.com/advanced_image_... . If the little tiny lumps are along the outside edge of the area around the nipple (called the areola), those are normal, and some women will secrete milk from them in addition to the main nipple when they are breastfeeding. If they are really tiny, about the size of a pinpoint, I got some like that last summer that were apparently an allergic reaction, but they were on my shoulders and arms, too, not just my breasts. I agree with some of the other comments; if they are not gone in 10 days, or if they go and come back, see a doctor.

This is something you ask a doctor love.

It's normal for the center of your breasts. It's called the nipple.

Skin cancer looks like brown smudges. You should see a dermatologist soon. Hopefully it's nothing.

Any change in skin tone could be cancer, lumps or not. It likely isn't, but you should probably go to the doctor anyway.

If that's not possible for you, watch it for a while and see if it goes away or changes.

give it 10 days if it's still there then see a doctor

I doubt that it's cancer. Have you been pregnant or do you take birth control pills? Sometimes extra estrogen can cause skin discoloration. Since, I have no idea what it looks like and the fact that you describe some bumps, I'd just get it checked out when you have time. Doesn't sound very suspicious for cancer, though. If you are <40 years old, it's probably just a hormonal thing, but please get checked out just in case.
