Question: they hav only come back the last few periods

Answers: they hav only come back the last few periods

It's normal. I've been on the pill 10 years and still get them, just not as bad as when off the pill. I also get all the usual PMT stuff like moods, appetite, headaches etc.

I doubt it, having cramps is normal on the pill.

dont have caffeine, it triggers cramps. also, its very normal to have cramps even on the pill it just lessens them

You can still have cramps while on the period it only lessens them and may shorten and lighten you period.

I'm on the pill and I get killer pains! So totally normal. But you can always go back to your doctor/nurse and ask to change them to a different type of pill if they are really unbearable. But I never got pains until I started the pill. That was nearly 6 years ago and I still get terrible pains!

I would say that having period pains is most likely normal whether or not you are on the pill or otherwise. I'm no doctor, but I don't think it's anything that you should stress over unless the pain is very unbearable. If you still have doubts about whether or not having pains is normal on the pill, just visit your doctor and tell them about the brand you are using. Read over the label on the pill container and see if it gives any details. Hope this helps. :)

I still get quite bad pain on the first 2 days of my period and I've been on the pill for years. The pain used to be alot worse and going on the pill helped, but it's never gonna be completely pain-free!. Just take normal painkillers, they should help abit.

I'm no authority on this but I had a friend that had problems with endometriosis and she always suffered.
