What happens when i get my period?!
Question: Im 14 about 5'41/2 or maybe 5'5 i weight around 112 pounds..i havent had my period yet but i have the hair.and also i sometimes get discharge i think-yellowish stuff in my underwear? anyway i need to know approximatly how long will it be before i get my period!!!? I know this is hard but i need some sort of guess.I also want to know if i will gain weight at all like in my legs and if i will get taller(i hope not)

sounds like you will be getting it any day now. i suggest carrying pads or tampons with you to school (backpack) or wherever you go. the only thing that your period will affect (in terms of weight) is you may gain a few pounds when you are on your period due to bloating (water).. followed by cramps. your period has nothing to do with growing but you are only 14 so im sure you will get taller.
***you will go back to your normal weight after your period
If your discharge is yelowish that means you have a yeast infection.
You should be getting your period some time soon. Make sure that you are prepared!

You'll get your period, probably by 6 months. it could be any day, so just incase, carry a pad w/ you.
You may gain like, 2 lbs., but you'll lose it.
Oh, & also, a lot of people get acne when their period is about to start, so yeah.
P.S: You don't want a period. They suck. Also, it's probably genetic, so you should ask your mom what age she got hers.

start carrying pads it will be helpful for you also sometimes when you rub it with a pillow or stimulate sex it will speeds things up also try some porn websites not to be gross but sex interaction helps your mind think your mature. i am 14 also i had it when my 30 year old brother had sex witth his girl friend.
Honey, when you had discharge as soon you had a yellowish stuffs. You could have a yeast infection. Hope if your mom taking care for your yeast infection. And you will getting a period. If I were you to not worry about getting a period. It will come, could be soon or later. You can't expect when will come. Just be patient till time to come. You will be perfect fine. There's no telling when you might get your period. It will happen when your body is ready for it to happen. Porn isn't going to help anything, either...that's just silly. Yellowish discharge can be an infection and if it has an odor and/or itches or irritates you, you need to see a doctor. Don't worry about being embarrassed to tell your mom/parents about it. Just about every woman will have a vaginal infection at some point in their life. if you had a yeast infection, your discharge would be white, look like cottage cheese (sorry to be gross), and would probably cause itching/irritation. Having a discharge is normal for many women, but normal discharge is usuall clear or perhaps a little white but not like bright white like a yeast infection. Discharge should never be greenish. You should tell your mom or another trusted adult about it and ask to go to the doctor.
when you do get your period it may not be normal at first. the number of days that you bleed, the number of days between periods, the amount of cramping bloating discomfort, and the heaviness of the blood flow may vary from one period or another. Always carry tampons or pads with you until you have your period enough that you can better tell when to expect it. You will eventually learn more about your own cycle as you have it more and more. Every woman is different.
and don't check out porn online...it's not a realistic picture of what having sex or making love is like...wait until you're older to decide if you want to enjoy looking at pornography...besides...how embarrassing would it be to go to one of these websites and end up with a virus on your computer...you'd have to do some explaining to your parents then!
