I don't think she would be alive!

wow, have her go to the doctor immediately, before something super important comes out.

Ok, you should really go to the doctor. When did this happen? And why didnt you rush her to the hospital? This could be really serious!

ouch yh more like hospital..

i doubt she really pooed her organs out! sounds like she needs to see a doctor infact A&E!!

Ummm, if you're serious your friend is lying to you and is a complete idiot. In order to be "pooped out" those organs would have to be in the digestive system. Kidneys are part of the urinary tract (and I assure you they will not come out her pee hole either) therefore the only way to "poop" her kidneys would be to have them surgically removed and then eat them. As for the appendix when it becomes inflamed (or sick) it must be surgically removed. If it could be "pooped out" doctors wouldn't bother doing surgery, they would just give patients with appendicitis a laxative.

It's possible for her to "poop out" pieces of her esophagus, stomach, small intestine, or large intestine but that's about it. However, if she's pooping out pieces of those organs she would have internal bleeding and would be dead.

What you need to do is ask why she didn't study anatomy (the location of organs within the body) before she made up stupid lies.

I sincerely doubt that it's either her kidney OR her appendix, as both organs are too far inside the abdominal cavity to be able to be expelled through the rectum.

What MAY be happening however is that she's got a partial bowel prolapse, which MUST be addressed and corrected by a doctor.

So my answer is have her make an appointment with her doctor as soon as possible, or have her go directly to the ER. Prolapse of ANY sort is not safe...it's just inviting infection and other complications.
