Everyone is completely different, as everyone's PERSONAL body chemistry is completely different.

Your friend's experience is completely abnormal and should have been reported to the doctor. As well, I believe that perhaps there was a bit of exaggeration involved in her report to you.

All you can do is take your pills and see what happens. Irregular bleeding IS a possibility, but it usually stops within 1-3 months, and is almost NEVER constant. If it is -- or you experience any other adverse reactions -- then the reasonable and responsible thing to do would be to go to your doctor and be evaluated. That particular formulation might not be right for you.

But give it time first...and don't let other's experiences cloud your judgment.

I think that is very uncommon. If anything, it shortened my monthly cycle. The first month might be off a little bit, but I am not so sure about the 35 days! yes, you should try to remember to take it at around the same time every day. If you ever miss a day, just double up the next day, but if you miss two or more days in a row, you need to go off of it until you start your period again.
