I have extremely sore breasts.......?!
Question: For the past 2 months now my breast have started hurting really bad starting a few days before ovualtion and not ending till I am done with my period. So this goes on over half the month. They are really sore and hard all over(not mushy). They hurt at all times and hurt real bad when they are touched. Does anyone know what is causing this and how I may be able to get rid of it?

Could just be that you are unlucky and have really bad (and prolonged) PMS... but you should really ask your doctor about it.
its normal, its just your hormones
