Do you still have the pamphlet that came with your pack of pills? It'll tell you what to do if you miss pills. You could also Google the name of your pill brand, and find the information that way. You might need to take two pills for two days in a row, or take two pills one day and use condoms for 7 days.

If you have a hard time remembering to take your pills, this may not be the best birth control method for you. You might consider using the NuvaRing, a vaginal ring you only have to replace once a month.

If you miss two days, you may not be protected. You have to use a second form of contraception for the rest of that cycle.

We cannot give you the correct system for taking the pill incorrectly. You have to take it exactly as the directions say. Otherwise it won't work.

I think if you miss up to 3 or 4, you have to start a whole new pack of pills. Each week has a different amout of ingredients that make it appropriate for that point in your cycle.
