What is the best kind of tampon?!

Question: I recently foung out by my personal experience that tampax pearl plastic reg. Is very comfertable but when you take it out its not the greatest feeling it tugs on your vagina but with playtex sport it comes out alot easier because they dont open width wise so it doesnt even tug at all but is there any other brand that is good? Im 13 and am on my second period i am always scared that the tampon is going to get really big inside of me and get stuck ouch!

i like ob tampons. they have no applicator so they're much more comfortable to insert and take out. get the ob procomfort because they have this coating on them that makes they easier to use. yeah tampax are really hard to get out i don't reccomend them.

good luck hun!

If a tampon feels like it's pulling on your vagina, then it is too dry when you're pulling it out. Are you certain that you're using an appropriate size for your rate of flow? Try a smaller size. I believe that the best tampons are the natural, organic cotton ones without applicators, because they don't put harmful chemicals in them and applicators (especially the plastic ones) are a disgusting contribution to the waste that is put into our earth. I use "Natracare". I don't think personal comfort is an excuse for using more plastic & polluting the environment. It really isn't that difficult to learn to use them without applicators. So, anyway, if you are using the appropriate size, you should have no problem taking it out.

Playtex gentle glide unscented regular...

when i first started my period i got the playtex gentle glide slender...they are smaller and will be more comfortable probably for you

find tampons WITH OUT chlorine. read up on the net about chlorine and how it can seriously damage you entering your body through such amazingly sensitive tissues (in your vagina)

do not use the major brands that you see on the major super market shelves that advertise on TV. you are brainwashed. if we all buy organic and untreated foods and supplies, the prices HAVE to come down and we will GET HEALTHIER....

so, what is YOUR health worth?
