as long as you used a condom and it didn't split i don't think its possible that you are. Could it possibly be that you are going to start your period as to why u r getting the cramps and sickness? i think the best bet is to go the doctors and get it checked out. Then at least it will put your mind at rest.

There is no contraceptive that is 100% effective. So there is a possibility that you may.
However, I suspect that you are just anxious, and that is the problem.
Get a pregnancy test from a chemist, and check for yourself, or visit a doctor.
