What are some pointers on talking to my big sis about sex?!

You do not mention your sexual experience, but it sounds like you are just discovering sexualilty. You also don't tell us what information you hope to get from this talk.
Assuming that you are new to human sexuality, you might talk about these things:
1. Her first time: What is was like, what she recommends, and what you should expect.
2. The risks of sex: disease, pregnancy, emotional distress, crazy dudes.
3. Preventing pregnancy: Your options, their benefits and drawbacks, etc.
4. Making the most of a relationship: How to develop a relationship that isn't all about sex, why men view sex differently, communicating with your partner about your sexual desires.
5. Physiology: How to make it not hurt (or hurt less), What to expect from him during sex, How to climax (most women don't their first time), Oral sex: giving and receiving.
6. Positions: There are only a handful of basic positions, and each has a benefit of some sort. It is helpful to know them and try mixing it up once in a while. Here is a good place to start (wooden doll photos):
