My boyfriend is coming home finally after a year and ive gained 25 pounds?!


Question: i gien whieght in my upper section and not my lower so it looks like evean more so i have till feb 13th to lose as much as possible..any advise or routenes or things i can use to help besides pills??

awwww he most be military! If so, I know how it is my hubby is getting ready for his forth deployment. but, after a year of not seeing you I'm sure he won't care, just being home is the best part. but, if you want to look your best for you here's what i do....

rice cakes (the chocolete ones are yummy!) and water for breakfast
tuna, water(you can even put the crystal light flavors in it) for lunch
have a salad and some fruit for dinner,
make sure you have a small snack in between, you can find them at wal-mart but their called Luna Bars, it's like slim fast but made for woman, they make a good in between snack! for a good result you want to keep your calorie intake around 1000 -1200 a day to begain, and once your body gets use to that you can drop down to about 800 a day.
walking is great, if you have access to a gym, (or not) but do cardio for about 30 minutes and try to burn atleast 300 calories in that time, lift some light weights and do an ab workout, you want to do weights and abs directly after your cardio because your heart is beating faster thus burning more calories. doing this for 2 months I lost about 25 pounds but more importantly i toned up NICELY, without the help of any 'make me skinny pills' also speaking of pills, take a multi vitiman. best of luck to you and good bless : )

Walking is always a good way to get in shape, Most importantly you have to be doing this for yourself not for your boyfriend, You are your best friend, love yourself watch what you eat , cut down on the sugars, and the carbohydrates, and live your life not for your boyfriend but for you.

Don't woory about it if he really likes you he won't care.

Frankly, I wouldn't do anything to change me back. Of course I would put on make up and look my best, but hey! We're not in High School any more. Either he loves you or he doesn't. If a few pounds makes such a big difference to him in a negative way, then he's not good enough for you anyway. Love is blind. Have you ever met a beautiful woman and after you got to know her, she was just plain ugly because of who she is inside? If he loves you, then you will look absolutely beautiful to him.
BTW I changed my lifestyle and lost 100 pounds. If you want to know how I did it, I can send the info to you, just email me and I'll send it to you. However diets, pills, emergency weight loss does not work. In fact often you end up weighing more than before.

Stop eating sweets. Drink only water. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. That's what I did after my baby. I lost 50 pounds! Good luck!! Enjoy your time with boyfriend. P.S. Don't use pills. They can harm you. Do it naturally!!
