My period has been abnormal for 4 years now. I have not had it once in the last !
Question: I have been under a lot of stress in the last 4 years of my life too. When I questioned my doctor about this- she did not seemed concerned, but I am. Also- I am not that sexually active so I am really confused. I thought about going on birth control because I heard that it would regulate it. Any imput if great- Thank You in advance. :)

:S i would be worried too, i have a problem somewhat like that too. I heard it could be PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) You can look it up on google, and maybe mention it to your doctor.. About 1 in 10 women have it. I could be wrong tho, its just a possibility
ummm, it could be a fibroid issues...get that checked out, or because ur stress it can add to the abnormalities. i think u should take series of tests to help explain ur condition...birth control i would not suggest for you to take...u never kno it might add more complication. talk to ur doc again or go for second or third opinion

In your case the stress is the answer. Stress can delay, or even halt your periods.
