I NEEEEED answers please!?!

Question: Is is normal for your breasts to be EXTREMELY sore while on Birth Control and not near period time...I have been on them for almost 4 months now...I'm not really consistant with taking them at the same times and i have had to do a catch up a couple of times...

I'm not worried about being pregnant, I would be really happy if it turned out I was actually...It's a whatever happens, happens kind of thing...we just got married about 6 months ago and we both want kids :]

oh and my mother got pregnant on Birth Control with ALL of us...(and she was actually consistant!)

anyway, any input helps :]

oh and my stomach has been aching for the past few days...a dull ache...and i have been having bowel movements 1-3 times a day, anywhere from hard to soft! it's so weird!

thanks!

It's possible that it's the hormones in your pill. I've heard a lot of things that are uncomfortable side effects. The pill hormones are fighting your hormones to gain control. I don't think that's healthy myself. I would like to share another option with you. It's called a diaphragm. It works without the hormones so you don't end up with hormonal craziness, or worse. It's like a female condom, you can't feel or see it and neither can he. You put a little spermicide on the rim, which seals it and kills any trouble makers. If you follow directions as to how to use it exactly, it's as effective as the pill. The doctor will fit it to get the right size and to show you how to put it in. It's easier than to remember to take a pill everyday, you only have to remember it when you will have sex. Or it won't work at all, of course. If periods are an issue regarding sex, it won't be anymore. The diaphragm holds the blood over night. It was my favorite bc method. However like the pill, it doesn't protect against std's, or the possibility of getting a disease that will kill you.

well if your not consistant with the pills or been on antibodies you could be prego!
I would take a test.
I too got prego on the pill.

good luck

Yes your breasts are often sore when on B.C. pills. They do not affect the bowels.
You really should be consistent with your pills. If you take them sporadically you may get pregnant and the other problem is that your body is not being allowed to have your blood levels built up to where the pills are intended to do.
If you take your meds consistently your symptoms may dissipate. GL

yes sore breasts is normal on the pill because it is giving your body extra estrogeon and this is what makes breasts tender. If you dont care if you get pregnant or not why dont you just stop taking the pill and about your bowel movements are you due for your period? because some women can experience weird bowel movements at the time just before or during menstration

Have you had the tenderness throughout the use of your BC? I get it, too, but usually before the period. Sometimes it happens randomly though. If it keeps hurting bad, I might even go to the doctor. Good luck with having kids!
