Proper diet for a clean colon?!

Question: I'm curious about what aspects of a person's diet (other than being properly hydrated) are important for colon health and solid bowel movements. And specifically, how to make it more likely I'll be clean for sex (I don't do enemas, and never will).

I went to have a colonic....a colonic irrigation.....which is basically a powered enema.
The advice for a healthy colon, given by the irrigationist, was to eat lots of soups, fiber such as vegetables and whole grains, and lots of fresh fruit such as apples, which have good fiber and lots of juices. Popcorn makes a good snack because it is high fiber.
Congratulations to you for being open-minded about anal sex. Many people, men included, are turned off about anal.( If done with the proper technique, it is not painful.)

A CLEAN colon? Honey, it's not going to happen. All kinds of bacteria make their home in your colon. Which happens to be a good thing by the way. If you want good colon health, eat FIBER! If you want to have sex, there's another place that's more appropriate. Perforate your colon, and you can be dead in a couple of days from septic shock. Nasty.

If your butcher carries it, get a pint of cat's blood. Cleans me right out.

Eat a lot of dark greens and fresh fruit. And there is nothing you can do to keep it that clean, part of the problem. But no worries I have never had any problems with "stuff" getting on his "stuff" : )!! And all you crap talkers can stick it cuz we all know most of you are doing it too!!!
