yea that happens when your cold and when your warmer they arent. i wish i could see them haha.

When you are cold blood rushes to the surface of the skin to try and heat you up. The same as when hair follicles undergo 'piloerection' (goose pimples) the same process happens to the nipple. Just imagine it as a big goose pimple!
