You can have sex during menstration, it is just messy. In actuality, period sex is quite enjoyable for both participates. Blood is a natural lubricant and stays sticky an moist throughout the love making process...For guys, the warm wet feeling feels nice. It is possible but there are some guidelines:
1) it is messy so have sheets or towels handy
2) Use a condom, we are talking about blood here
3) be gentle
4) be compassionate and don't do anything sick

i agree. its nasty. but i did hear that it helps with cramps, but ive never tried it. Ive had sex a day or two after my period, and sometimes it causes some bleeding, and we just get so grossed out and hop right in the shower
