Call your local hospital and ask for a social worker.
(((Be prepared to go through some BS,)) but ...explain your problem, explain you have no ins, and is there a free clinic that could see you? Many specialists devote some time to people such as you. ((( I know a neurologist who donates a day a month.)))
Call tomorrow first thing, it may take awhile to get in, but the longer you wait.
And, good luck.

See a urologist dear.

They will look at you and see if you need some pressure taking off your bladder.

I know it's expensive in America but it's a embrassing problem.

Well first thing, no one has EVER gotten their period at 5 years old. That is just ridiculous. And if you have an outstanding hospital bill, they can not legally turn you away. You sound like you have a very big problem with your bladder. I don't have insurance either, but no hospital can turn you away, if they do, sue the **** out of them, its illegal.

Try some pelvic floor exercises to strengthen the muscles down there but you do really have to see a GP about it and get it fixed. You may need a wee stitch in your muscles to stop the incontinence.

You can exercise the muscle to help you with the incontinence you sometimes have. If you have ever tried to hold your urine stream half-way between going you are using the muscle that is needed. Also you can insert a finger or two into your vagina and squeeze for a minute or two about three times a day until it gets stronger. But you really do need to see a physician because there could be a lot more going on than just the incontinence (which is when you pee like when you cough). Especially if there is pain involved. If you are a US citizen there is free health care for low income citizens so you can get help. You can start by asking your school nurse or counselor. Or look up in the phone directory Public Health care, or low income health care. Good luck.

Hi, It sounds like your pelvic floor is not working right. There are some very simple pelvic floor excersises that you can do. Firstly you need to feel for your pelvic floor. The easiest way to do this is when you have a wee, can you stop it? Thats your PF doing that. So you need to squeeze it tight and hold it for a count of 5 then slowly relax, its like an elevator. so count up to the fifth floor slowly and then down again. But if you cant do that ie you cant stop your flow of urine then there are some things on the market that can help, i think they are called cones. You get them from a pharmacy. They are meant to help tighten your PF. If you are doing it right it can make your tummy muscles feel tired. But you really need to see a Dr as your problem sounds serious. There are free clinics arnt there? Good luck

open your legs.
