Very normal. I am not on the pill either. I used to have my period within the normal 28-30 days and now I have it every 21-24 days, and it only lasts about 2-3 days. When you lose weight, your body changes a lot, and that can cause your period to come quicker or later. Also, stress is another huge factor. I notice when I stress out, my body changes a lot. Just try to take deep breaths and not stress too much. Try to keep your body at a steady, healthy weight and your periods will probably be more regulated. It sucks though, because any tiny thing a woman does can affect her periods and/or hormones. Don't stress over it though, because it is normal.

im sure its from being stressed.

its most likely from the stress.... but stress can make changes in your hormones. Ive had the problem in the past.... the best way to get it back on track is go to on birth control for a few months until your periods are back to normal.

Nutrition, stress, too much exercise, fluctuating hormones, all can be factors in the timing of your periods. Obviously getting pregnant would be number one but that one's been ruled out.

I used to have the same problem, not the car accident, but you know what I mean. What I did was i went to the doctor and she said it was totally normal. So I wouldn't have anything to worry about. I I had to guess what the problem was it was`from all the sicknesses you've had. And maybe the car accident had something to do with it.
