Lower Stomach Hurts When I Cough?!
Question: I'm not sick.
I really don't know what else to say.
It's my lower stomach..
about 3 INCHES below my belly button.
ANY ideas?
I'm 21.. no real health problems. Haven't been sick in awhile.
I don't cough on a daily basis. I just noticed it yesterday when i sneezed. I don't usually cough so i didn't notice it. It hurts pretty bad.. i can tolerate it though. It's more like 5 inches below my belly button.

i usaly get pains like that after i strained those muscles. have you done any ab work outs lately
I'd see a doctor.
It could be a hernia.
