Is this sexual harassment? no mean answers please...?!
Question: well today in school i was walking down the hallway to see how cold it was outside and i turned around and theres this kid named...jim. he has asked me before to to sexual things with him.. back in the 8th grade we hooked up. im now halfway through 10th grade. well anyways i turned around and there he was. so i said hello- i havent talked to him since the 8th grade really. so he said "come here" and i was like...i should go back to class and he went into the stairwell and so did i. i knew it was a bad idea- this is terrible judgment on my part. well back in the stairwell i was looking out the window while he walks over into a corner and i turn and see him there. so then i walk towards him a little and he pulls me in and like holds me tight and starts kissing me. i mean..i dont know what i was thinking because i didnt really stop him but i didnt really kiss back either. then he tried to go up my shirt and i said no and pushed his hand away. then he tried to go down my pants ..hold on..

Sexual harassment is a legal term and no this is not sexual harassment.. If he continued to touch you in a sexual manner after you said no, then it is sexual assault. Not sexual harassment.
To the person who posted above It doesn't matter if you wanted it or not, it only matters if you made it clear that you wanted him to stop.... Guys cannot read your mind. You must be clear
Again I just read the end of your post, and NO It IS NOT sexual harassment... if he held you in a place against your will, or took you to another location then that is false imprisonment and/or kidnapping... and then assault ( sexual assault ) when he touches you when you told him no
I would have told somebody right away thats really not acceptable and you shouldnt have to put up with it. Talk to your parents and sort it out.

Yes, that's sexual harrassment. You've clearly said no and he's kept on going. Report him to a teacher. He could get suspended or worse.

you must be a dimwit not to know that that was sexual horassment! You should have ran or did something and told your teachers or possibly a cop! Maura, call the police immediately if you haven't already and have this kid arrested for sexual assault. You have been violated and he has commited a crime. This is not funny, unacceptable, and disgusting. He should be in handcuffs by tomorrow, but to make that happen you must confess every detail without losing your focus.
Any man who does this to any child/woman is a sexual predator and should be imprisoned.
That is deffinitely considered sexual harassment. You could press charges on this guy. Then he wouldn't do this to other girls.
