Is it possible to drop a size in 2 weeks?!


Question: I am an 11/12 right now and I have a "thing" coming up on February 8 and I have these really hot pants that i want to wear but they are a 9/10. Would it be anywhere near possible for me to lose a size by then? Even if I have to squeeze or suck it in its okay.

i'm not usre how ur going to try to do it but yes it is possible. just don't be too extreme and try to change your diet drastically, bcuz that's unhealthy

DONT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING BUT WATER AND WHEN YOU GET HUNGRY DRINK ALOT OF WATER AND RUN FOR LIKE AN HOUR IN THE MORNING IN THE AFTERNOON AND AT KNGHT BUT MAKE SURE YOU ARE SWEETING CAUSE IF YOUR NOT THEN ITS NOT WORKING

try cutting all of your portions in half. its ok to be hungry. ur stoumach will shrink once it realizes that its not going to get as much food as it was before. like you know what i mean? exersize 30+ minutes a dayi dont know how many like pounds a size is, but i know you can lose about 3 pounds a week, so that would b 6 pounds. i dont know if that will be a size.... dont eat any food past 7:00 pm or you will just gain that extra weigt

Crash diets can be incredibly dangerous, but it may be possible to lose 7lb (or a dress size) in about two weeks by carefully controlling your calorie intake and doing some cardio and toning exercises on top of what you are already doing.

you sall depend in your food on ptns,less carbohydrates , the harder you go on the better you reach your goal
