It's possible that there could be some nerve damage (giving an example only) to that area but the only way to know for sure what's going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.

Go see a gynecologist about it.
He will prescribe treatment at first and if that does not work he will do a tiny operation to correct the nerve endings in that region.
