Okay this is the easiest way I can explain it

Unwrap it obviously and hold it in a way that is comfortable for you. (Usually middle finger on the end, and index and thumb gripping it)

Now you sort of squat or sit down or put one foot on the toilet. After that, you push it in all the way until you can feel your thumb and index finger. This is really scary the first time and it takes a few tries to get it right. Once that happens you have to push the part still sticking out (your middle finger) all the way in until you feel your middle finger. Than you can pull it out. The first time I did it I could still feel it because I wasn't pushing it in far enough. So you REALLLLY have to push, other wise it might feel like it will fall out. Just remember to relax
!!!

Hope this helps!! Good luck!!!

relax

1.) spread your legs wide relax
2.) unwrap tampon
3.) place tampon at vaginal opening - rounded end of big tube
4.) slowly insert relax as you are doing this
4.) when your fingers touch your body STOP
5.) push the smaller tube into the bigger tube ( hold big tube firmly)
6.) remove plastic / cardboard applicator

WTG you Are done

I agree with the first answer, but when you insert it, make sure it's the right angle. When you try to push it in, try to point it near your lower back or butt.
Don't stress out if you can't get it in the first day. If you do, just try one tomorrow.

I agree with what everyone else said... and I want to add the following:

1. Sometimes it can actually help to "push" or bear down when you're inserting it.
2. It can take practice, and if you feel it or you're uncomfortable you can re-insert or put in another one
3. If you try to put it in when you don't have your period or your flow is really light, it can be a lot harder to do.

Good luck honey!
