It shouldn't hurt you, but it isn't good for you, and if done regularly may cause liver damage.
If you are going to be in a situation where you can't discretely take a tylenol with a sip of water, then perhaps taking it on the off chance may work, however you would be better off taking it only if you need it, perhaps excusing yourself to the bathroom for a moment to take it.

For sure - I do this often - if I have a big day/meeting/appointment and I just want to be on the safe side.

Just follow the dosing directions on the label.

Hope you feel well today!

FYI Did you know that drinking Wal Mart brand milk has added hormones in it and if you drink it it will cause pain in the female area? Try switching to a name brand of milk like Dean's or Prairie Farms. I know it is more expensive, but way cheaper than doctor visits all the time.
As for your question, I am not sure, but your body could get used to taking it all the time and it might end up not being effective for you later.

It's not a good idea to take any medication if you don't need it.

Don't take too much. just a small dose should suffice.

I do that once in a while too for the same reasons as jade above me =).

taking too much tylenol can be bad for you- more so if you don't need it
it can cause liver problems and other issues- my doctor always tells me to switch it up from non-aspirin to aspirin

i had a doctor tell me once to take advil (just ONE pill) the day before my period and that should prevent any pre-cramping that i might get
