Most girls do not have an orgasm through sexual intercourse or by sticking things inside them. It usually requires direct (manual, oral, toy) stimulation to the clitoris.
Vibrator or if you don't want to buy one, go to your local drug store and buy a hand-held body massager - they work too - or a shower massager, even the jets in a spa.

Orgasms you might be able to have through stimulation to the clitoris,vaginally or through stimulation of the G-spot.
You will need to break down and pleasure yourself. There are positions that will help you with that. Read up on it.
