There is a boatload of things that could be wrong. First of all, see your doctor to make sure you don't have a bacterial disease like E. coli. That is treated with an antibiotic.

Since you don't have constipation also, it's probably not irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). A lot of people are misdiagnosed (like I was) with IBS. Your problem is more likely to be food intolerances (like lactose intolerance) or food allergies.

Food allergy tests are not accurate. An elimination diet is more likely to tell you what your problem foods are. I would start by eliminating milk (for lactose intolerance, but cheese and yogurt are okay) and sodas (since you mentioned them) and other corn products (for corn allergy) for three days. Sugar-free sodas are okay. You will have to read ingredients lists for corn products; google "corn allergy" to get a list of stuff to look for. They put corn syrup in all kinds of foods that you would never suspect. Also google "lactose intolerance" for an explanation of what that is.

If you are still having problems at that point, you might have a milk allergy. In addition to the foods that you already cut out, eliminate yogurt and cheese; google "milk allergy" for a list of other ingredients to avoid. Do this for three days. If that doesn't stop it, google "food allergens" for a list of the most common ones. Pick one, google the allergy for a list, and add those foods to your cut out list for three days. Keep adding stuff in three day increments until you stop having intestinal distress. At that point you start adding them back one at a time for three days. Anything that triggers a reaction, you won't be able to eat. You are more likely to be allergic to foods that you like and eat often.

By the way, that's the easy way. I was so sick I had to start the hard way (called a Texas Elimination Diet, you start with one food and add foods one at a time). I ate nothing but beef and oatmeal until my guts settled down (about a week). Then I added potatoes. Then added one food at a time. I was so grateful not to be having vomiting and diarrhea I didn't even mind it much.

Don't suffer with bouts of vomiting and diarrhea for 30 years like I did, and get to the point that you can't keep anything down. There are better diagnostic tools now than when I first started having problems.

you should go see a doctor for this. if your diet hasnt changed and youre on no meds, it may be an illness. you should really see a doctor.

their minor and u just have diarea... try something over the counter. I mean there are plenty of things that you can get that will help to make the number 2 experience more solid. and u dnt have to change anything in your eating its just the way your intestin's are breaking them down. I would still go to the doctor to get a second oppinion but for the time being there is still no rush until u see blood.. if you just are running then that just means that this is the stage in at which your body is going thru. I hope this helps and good luck.

You should get checked at the doctors or hospital for irritable bowel syndrome.. some of the symptoms you describe are the same. I hope you resolve your problem..good luck.

Yes you should see your doctor, just to get it checked out.
But it's probably nothing to worry about. If you don't think it's your diet; then are you more stressed out at the moment? Sometimes stress can cause this problem.

You could possibly have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) which is very common.

You could also possibily have an Intolerance to something that you have been eating (Possibly Dairy??).

Try something over the counter first but when your at the Chemist Talk to the Pharmasist as they are always very helpful and it is nothing to be embarressed about. I am sure that it is a question they get asked every day.

Good Luck with it.

This is called irritable bowel syndrome.
You must see a doctor but also start by taking over the counter capsules to normalize the bacterial growth within your colon.
Dr will prescribe antibiotics also.
You can eat a lot of unflavored live cure yogurt as well.
In the long term it will correct the natural bacteria within the colon, and keep it normal.

If you feel bloated and irregular it could be irritable bowel syndrome, which I don't know much about but you can find loads of info on teh net.

Do you have any stress in your work/life? Stress can make us have the runs or need to urinate more.

You could talk to your doctor, to see if it's iriitable bowel syndrome, any food intolerance or anything else they can suggest.
