Endometriosis lower back pain on right side?!

Question: Anyone with endometriosis experience lower right side pain?
Seems worse in the mornings.
Its just above my hip, the pain is also in the abdomen in the same area except in the front.

Its like its a pain all the way through the abdomen and straight through to the back just above my hip.
Seems like its where an ovary would be.
(I have a laproscopy sceduled for next friday)

I have the same exact thing, but on my left side. I have had 2 laps, and both times the endo was on the posterior wall, (the back of the uterus). The most recent time, they said it was attached to the uterosacral ligament, which connects the uterus to the sacrum (bottom of the spine). This ligament has a nerve bundle in it, which is why it hurts so much to have it there. Mine always hurts in the morning too, and lately it's been getting worse, causing hip pain, back pain, and even sometimes pain that shoots down the back of my leg. I am on painkillers and Lyrica - a neural blocker from pain management doctor. Most days I get those stick on Icy Hot pain patches, I put one in front, and one in back. Also, when it gets real bad, I ask my husband to rub my lower back really hard in the spot where it hurts. Something about the rubbing feels like it releases some of the pressure on my pelvic floor. Good luck with your lap. Are you on the ERC group?
