Bump thingers under my breast please help :]?!

so i have these things under my boob where it sweats and stuff
i had one and i popped it, i didnt look if there was pus or not i feel dumb for not but i know it did bleed alot.
And i have 2 more.
They are visible sort of like pimples, and they are about the size of a pimple.
if you touch it, its kind of hard.
I also have a couple small ones that are about as big as ants.
wth are these :P
i have large breasts so could it be cause i sweat and maybe dont shower and bathe enough?
i am going to the doctor for my next gardasel shot in march so i figured id ask about them then. But i just want some opinions

They could be boils. I have had them before, and they are common under breasts, in the groin area, and armpits. They get kind of hard, and will somtimes "pop" on thier own... sometimes they become so painful that I pop them on myself. There is really nothing you can do to get rid of them. Sometimes anti-biotics help, somtimes the doctor will have to lance them and pack them so that the infection will go away. When I went on birth contol i got them less, and also staing away from caffiene will help. Try looking them up online and seing if it sounds like what you have. I hope this helps. I read somewhere that those are natural oil filled things that look like pus, that keep your nipples from drying out.
but you never know, they could be something else...
