What is the easiest way to caculate/predict your next period?!

Question: Around the week! Not the month!!!!

Answers: Around the week! Not the month!!!!

27-29(depending on your cycle) days from the first day of the start of your period, count on the calendar.

I was wondering the same when I got mine 4 months ago...I went on www.beinggirl.com and then found this calculating thing that will tell you when you should expect it...trust me it works...just go into period and there should be a poll whitch is what you take to find out...it gives you a calendar

good luck!

An average, healthy period is 28 days. I think you'll love this Period Planner. It will help you estimate your next period easier. I use it all the time.

count 28 days, day 1 being the begining of your last period

MyMonthlyCycles.com has a menstrual calendar, period predictor, and ovulation predictor. It's a great, easy way to help you keep track of your periods!
