Period cramps...?!
Question: Girls.........have any of you had the worst cramps ever????
Im having pretty bad cramps it takes a while for the medicine to kick in do any of you a way that I can subside the cramps while wating for the meds to kick in ?? I've heard of sitting with your legs close to your chest..does that work??

Yes I've had them so bad that it made me sick!! I always use this!!! sounds silly but works!! get a sock a large one and put some rice in it, stick it in the micro wave or oven for a like 40 sec, and then apply to your cramping area!! the heat helps! or if you have time go and buy those thema something,,, heat pads,, in the tampon aisle they are made for cramps,,, or just use a heating pad!! Heat really works!! or a water bottle with hot water!!,,, these are some of the same ways they ease labor pains!!! which feel like really badddd cramps!! hope you feel better soon and I feel for ya!!!

my cramps just ended today finally.
but umm just wait for the medicine to kick in eh?
i use extra strength midol it works that best for me but everyone is different but ya that works to alittle
get one of those heating pads... curl up in bed with a blanket put on some socks & ur fave cd and just pass out lol
Take a hot bath or shower, then sit back, put a heat pack on your stomach, and read a good book :)
