Oh my God sweetie, I honestly don't know what to tell you. I have never heard that before. Maybe you can go to WebMd.com and see if you can find something there that can tell you what this is.
call the doctor...ive never heard of that ever happening

Woah.. that doesn't sound very good. The best advice i can give you is go to a doctor... they'll know what to do.
if you don't dry yourself well enough after a shower or a bath this can happen.
too, if you're a 'bigger person', moisture from sweat can get down around there and cause your skin to peel....
try a little moisturizer too, but just stay where your panties touch.
