Who is right? Me or my boyfriend?!

Question: Okay so I had a miscarriage on December 11th.

Had sex ONCE on January 1st - used a condom.

Got my period January 14th.
Period stopped January 19th (normal)

Brown spotting started January 21st and it still here.....
that's the same thing that happened when I was pregnant before.....the spotting stuff.....

So I'm saying i could be pregnant again
He's saying it's impossible.

What do you say? (other than go get a test or see a doctor...i already know that !)

You think it's possible...he thinks it's impossible. I'm not saying you are, but since condoms don't offer 100% protection against pregnancy I'd go ahead and take a test. The fact that you had your normal period AFTER having sex on the 1st makes the odds of pregnancy pretty slim but since some women do still have their period when they're pregnant (rare as it is) even that isn't a sure-fire way to know you're not pregnant.

So to answer your question...you are right; he is wrong. It is possible. Probably not very likely, but still definitely possible.

i don't think you are, many girls spot after they have a period and it's pretty normal.

If you are having sex it is always a possibility

It is unlikely, but not impossible.

it could be possible

spotting can happen in between cycles without being due to pregancy. i think you are paranoid. you are fine. you are not pregant. your boyfriend is correct.

You could be pregnant.

So, YOU are correct.

It is NOT impossible.

its POSSIBLE but buy a pregnancy test or go to your doctor. my mom had a bunch of miscarriages before me and some before my little brother.

good luckk.?

oops srry i didnt see what you said in parenthasis. =/

While there is ALWAYS a chance of pregnancy if you have sex -- with or without contraception -- I think in this instance the chance of pregnancy is highly improbable.

Your spotting might be related to the fact that your hormones are still a bit out of whack from the miscarriage, which happened just a bit over 2 months ago, AND the fact that you had sex BEFORE you had a period which -- according to you -- was normal.

If your spotting continues then DO see a doctor to have your hormones checked.

Well you did do it 14 days before your AF which is ovulation, but you got your period so probably not.
