Question: my periods range from 35-45 days, I got a + ovulation test, so hubby and I babydanced. Now I think I am peeing often, and have very low cervix? Could it be? Last period started on December 21st, + opk on 14th and babydanced. Could I get symptoms already?

This is actually quite funny. I thought you guys danced because you were excited about the thought of having a baby and it was quite amusing. Anyways, since your periods do vary quite a bit, I'd go ahead and take a pregnancy test-or wait a few days, and see. Since you had a babydance when you were ovulating, there is of course a strong chance that you are pregnant. :) Best of luck.
