Two words. Heating pad. Also, a hot water bottle will also work. You can put that on your abs. My mom used to say that made her throw up so she put it on her feet just to keep her warm. It worked like a charm. Medication wise, Midol is an EXCELLENT choice of pill to use. Be sure NOT to use a birth pill though because that may cause blood clotting and other serious things to your vaginal and uterus.

take tylenol or use a heating pad

Motrin

When I have really bad cramps, I find that nothing works better than curling up into a ball and not moving a muscle. Midol makes me even more nautious and pain medicine doesn't work. Heat is always helpful if you have a heating pad. The trick to easing cramps is relaxing the muscles so I guess that's why laying so still helps.

Not kidding, the best medicine in the world for cramps is three pills of Ibuprofen. Well, mine are like 200mg so three of those, you dont want to OD haha. But those are the best. Maybe a bath instead of the shower though, that way its all around you all the time. Well, im sorry about your cramps but i hope i helped.

milanta my mom gave that to me. it helped.

MIDOL MENSTRUAL COMPLETE!!! ITS THE BLUE ONE LOL WORKS EVR TIME

I like mortrin for women. Take 2 and take a nap when you wake up you will be fine. Or try heating pads in the areas that are sore.
