Im very tired all the time ! HELP!!?!

Question: Hiya, I get up at 7 oclock for school and I am VERY tired in the mornings and mostly through the day. Im not overweight, I eat normally, and I went to the docots once about it. I had blood tests and heart tests because my heart was beating fast too but everything was fine. I feel lethargic but I do have lots of stress at school because Im having lots of exams, extra work, lots and lots of homework etc.

I cant sleep at night and feel lethargic all day...

Try drinking a cup of tea with Valerian root, before bed. It will help you sleep and allow you to wake up refreshed and ready for the day. Valerian root is an extremely safe and mild sedative.

Celestial Seasonings makes a tea called "Sleepytime Extra". I get mine in herbal form (shreds of the root) but I have to mix it with other herbs because it really really stinks on its own!

I suggest getting your doctor to rerun blood work. Have them check your iron levels and b12 levels. These are most likely the culprit behind your extreme fatigue.

Alot on your mind...Depression....Get another physical done and tell the Doctor everything you explained on here...It's not good to be constantly tired.
