Red spots on leg after shaving?!
Question: I shave and i have been doing so for about 5 years, i have quite dark thick hair and shave 1ce a week.
Recently me and my twin sister have been noticing tiny little red dots on our legs not so much thighs but legs. They aren't ingrowing hairs but they are red - not where the folicles are either just randomly everyhwhere! You can't see them unless you look closly but i always know they're there and it makes me self concious!
What dya think it is?
Thanks

They are called razor burn hunny, nothing to worry about. We all get it. Try shaving with more cream next time... and put lotion on afterwards. Just give iit 2 or 3 days to heal- Neosporin will help heal them faster. Hope I helped!
Razer burn. Happens to the best of us, lol. Not really any way to get rid of it aside from maybe ointment or lotion for irritated skin. I've had it quite a few times, and I just waited and it was gone in a few weeks.
It could just be irritation. I get little red bumps too after shaving when the skin on my legs is very dry. I always put body cream or lotion on them after I shave and this has been heling with the spots.
its a razr rash use lots of shaving cream and dont use the same razr more than 3 times
As others have said, razor burn. Using hydrocortizone cream (Cortaid) will reduce the inflammation.
To prevent it, use a very sharp razor and a moisturizing shaving cream.
