Why does my leg feel achy when I?!
Question: when I sit for a period of time. It's not due to over excursion, I've stayed home all day... just doing odd things around the house.
Any idea ? I am overweight by 40 pounds this could help it

Well, sitting for a long time doesn't keep your heart rate up, and it will cause aches all around your body. The blood flow needs to keep going quickly to make you feel good. Just simply walking around will help it. Just don't become too much of a vegetable, you don't want to risk blood clots or anything. But the aching is normal, I get it too.
Go to a doctor this could be serous. Good luck!

my gfs legs are killing her.. its getting bigger and bigger by the day..
iv tried everything to get her to see a dr.. but she just doesnt want... we'v been together for 6 years or more now.. and this has never happened b4..
plus she is much into vegetables, and lays.. she is ony 49kgz and 5'7..
