It certainly soulds like it. You can get creams, tablets and pessaries from your pharmacy. Remember not to have sex while you're infected you can pass it onto your partner.

Thrush (candidiasis) a fungal infection. Yeast like cells form some filaments which are widespread in nature. This can result from use of wide-spectrum antibiotics, steroids, cytotoxic or immunosupressive drugs. It can also occur during pregnancy or be secondary to another disease. Your local pharmacy will be able to supply a cream for the itch without prescription.
It's a fungal infection. Can be caught if in contact with others with similar infection. Needs to be treated with anti-fungal preparations.
