Why can't I get an orgasm? What is wrong?!
Question: I'm a 26 year old female. I've been sexually active since age 16. I've never, ever had an orgasm during ANY TYPE of sex with my past sexual partners. (There's been 5.) I'm able to masturbate by myself and achieve orgasm. In the past, I've even tried masturbating during sex with a partner and it doesn't work. For 10 years, I've 'faked' my way through and I'm tried of it! What is wrong with me? Do other people have this problem? I'm totally embarassed about this. I've never told anyone about it, including my past sexual partners. Please help!

I there's no need to feel ashamed because I am pretty sure a lot of women go through the same thing. I really don't know how or why but your just not alone.
I mean I'm a gay man and I don't have organs in my anal area....or am I suppose to? But anyway, just ask and don't be ashamed to ask.
10-15% of women have never had an orgasm, ever, by any means. So at last you can get an orgasm by masturbating. If you try masturbating the same way while you are with your partner, then maybe you're just not in the mindset where you are turned on, or you feel uncomfortable, etc.

I think you may have an intimacy problem... I noted that you referred to your partners as... partners. You didn't use the word "boyfriend". Where they people that you had a strong relationship with? I couldn't care less if you did or not! But can the problem lie in there?
Your problem is that you are getting the right partner,whome can play with you performing oral sex, you can get orgasm only and only if you partner make it possible not only for the sake of sex but you know........
ok with my ex i never orgasmed with sex with him or him going down. NEVER chemistry just really wasnt there. with my man now the first time he went down on me i did. holy asldalsdkjasldk . find the right guy. or bring toys into the sex with partners. if your wondering why you dont orgasm with just him inside you - most women dont, only through going down on her or other direct clitoral simulation.
and if that doesnt work... is this psychological? that can happen too.. are you embarrased to get off in front of them?
