In high school that happened to me. I would vomit and be in terrible pian to the point I was unable to move. I would just lay in bed curled into ball pretty much all day and night.

When I was 18 I went on the birth control pills. Those did help a lot. I only had mild cramps, and after a few months nearly no symptoms at all! After a few yrs on the pills I switched to the patch, which I didnt like. I just didnt like having a stupid patch stuck to me all the time. The cramps were a little worse.

Now I am on nothing. I get moderate cramping and maybe a little sick to my stomach but not anywhere nearly what it was.
Maybe my body just chaged over the years?? I am 25 now.

You should see your doctor to discuss options. I know there are a few pills on the market (prescription) that help out with cramps and such. I am not taking anything now but like I said...over the yrs it has gotten better for me.

when i was a teen, it seemed like every time i would get my period i would get cramps and get sick. my mom would have to come and pick me up from school every month. don't worry, this is normal

I use to be just like you when I was about 14 or 15. I would recommend seeing your doctor for some meds for the sickness. For me it got better with age and after having kids.

My teen years were like that. Every month I would be sent home from school the first day of my cycle. In my case it turned out to be an ovarian cyst. But some girls are just like that.....Also keep in mind the first couple of years are unpredictable.

This has been happening to me for the last 13 years and only got WORSE after I had my child. I usually get REALLY bad migraine headaches the day before and it lasts until the day after I start, I throw up, even when I don't eat. I get HORRIBLE cramps that make me curl up into a small ball and cry; I don't believe in any med's that make you feel drowsy I have had 3 DNC's and finally they came to the answer and here is it, first I have a tilted uterus, and not only that but the cramps and the sickness are coming from these cyst's on my ovaries that I guess burst when I start "that time". SO I feel your pain hon I really do. Talk to you gyno tho they will be able to tell ya what's going on.
