I'm not sure what a flakey mind is, but I know what it is to be just flakey... To be flakey means to be undependable.
A flakey mind is one without original thought because it flows with whatever comes it's way like the wind.
They will say one thing and do another at a whim. No strength in their convictions.
I am the opposite. Tend to be "hard headed" lol
