After pregnancy?!

Question: hi my little boy it 1 soon

but just lately my hips and pelvic bone get really sore sometimes and aches a lot
also i cant sit crossed legged any more
is it beacause of child birth and will it be worse second time round?

You could possibly have Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction.

A doctor would need to diagnose it though..
