LadyComp (99.3% effective) (or just fertility tracking by hand, it is not as effective though), sponges, diaphragms, and cervical caps are the main natural methods (besides condoms). I wouldn't trust just the sponge/diaphragm/cervical cap by its self though, they have about a 15% failure rate (but when use with fertility tracking and/or a condom it can greatly increase your protection). The pill is bad for you. Many women do not like to accept this because of the convince, but messing with what you body does naturally is not a good idea. It permanently affects your hormone levels, even if you do not feel any side effects. Good Luck!

it really depends on you. For me, I've never had one complication with the pill. I've had positive side effects like it smooths out my PMSing moods and it made my boobs bigger! lol!

But you have to try it, if it doesn't work for you, get off of it.

If you smoke, it heightens the chance of getting blod clotts. Again.... one of the zillions of reasons why not to smoke...

There are rings, iud's, depo provera shots, and more.

There are other options then the pill. Plus, there are different kinds of pills. But there are the ring, the shot, the patch...etc. Talk to your doctor. You might have to change your choice a few times till you find the right birthcontrol for you.

Good luck.

The pill is not bad. It is probably the best birth control you can get on.

There are some side effects but most people don't have major ones. I've been on it for almost 15 years. Its the best you can use if you take it regularly. Read the insert and discuss any possible side effect concerns you have with your doctor.
