Major side effects. Not worth it. Implants aren't made to last a lifetime. You either have to have them removed or they start leaking into your body and the stuff they're made of is very toxic and potentially deadly if they leak. I've known people to die from problems or at least they have major problems with their brain (scary stuff). There were law suits that the manufacturers successfully killed because they were so powerful, NOT because the implants are safe. Don't believe the news or even some published studies. These are powerful multinational chemical companies that influence what gets published.
If you must get them, at least don't get the silicone ones which are the most toxic. There are saline ones I think but I'm not sure how good they are.
Did you know that you lose sensitivity in your breasts when you get implants. Who are you trying to please with surgery? Some guy? How about pleasing yourself first? The best guys don't care about breast size. I promise!
The real answer is to learn how to be comfortable with your body. I know what it's like and it's hard, but everyone feels bad about some part of their body and the answer is to learn to embrace your whole body as is. It's the ONLY way to feel better. See a therapist, get new friends, stop looking at magazines, or whatever you have to do to feel better about yourself. Surgery doesn't change your feelings. Most people who get one plastic surgery find they don't feel better and start thinking about what other surgery to try next. Next thing you know, you're looking worse than before. Try to get it through the nipple or belly button so you don't have an ugly scar.
