What do you think about breast implants?!

I have implants & had the procedure done 11 yrs ago. It's one of the best things I have done for myself :) & I wouldn't take it back in a million years. I am on the slim side, and I am a large B to a small C cup (depending on how the bra runs), and they look natural for my frame.
One of my friends also got breast implants recently (about a year ago), and she loves them. It's amazing what a change like that can have on the way you feel.
Some people say it's vain .. but it's really not.
If it's something you're considering, then you should have a consultation with a PS. You will be screened before hand either way, but going in for a consult is a good idea none the less. They will discuss with you the entire process, possible complications (which I had none of, nor did my friend), the outcome, sizes of implants, etc. You will go through an exam (of course), psych screening at some PA's/MD's, background check, etc.
My doc was wonderful, and he helped me decide on a suitable size for my physique.

I've never had them done but I have a few friends that have. From what I hear the cons outweight the pros. They said that they lost feeling in their breasts and 2 of the 3 girls had them leak and had to pay to get new ones.
I WOULDN'T GET THEM DONE, TOOOO MANY RISKS, ALSO A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T KNOW BUT YOU WOULD HAVE TO HAVE them replaced every 7 YEARS....
DO YOU HAVE THAT KING OF REPLACEMENT $$$$!!!
They're the biggest waste of money there is. How vain can people get? I don't like them - the way they feel or look at all. My ex had to get a set replaced after 14 years - it just got a leak and drained. If you get them at least get them insured, but I wouldn't suggest it.
As I am slim, I obviously have smaller breasts than some other girls, I am a B cup btw, anyways if I dont like my breast size when I am older I will get them done.
I would only go up to a C cup I hate the stuck on look.
If I thought they would make my life better I would go for it. Then again lots of people are happy with smaller breasts. I'm an A cup which I know is small and doesn't exactly look sexy but its never really been an issue for me. But if it would make you happy its surely worth doing.
