I know the feeling, but you need to satisfy your cravings. Go to the store and buy some SmartOnes desserts they are so good and buy some weigh watchers icecream bars! But remember this: The sun always rises even if you had 1 too many slices of pizza!

1.] try to make yourself crave healthy stuff

2.]if you start craving something, make yourself do an exercise or something like that

I SAY DRINK LOTS OF WATER, IT WILL MAKE YOU FULL. I REALLY DON'T NO WHAT TO DO I FEEL THE SAME WAY, MY WEAKNESS AT THAT TIME OF THE MONTH IS DOUBLE STUFFED OREOS.
GOOD LUCK!!!

It sounds like you have been eating healthy foods. Just give your body what it needs at this time food wise and then when its over you will eat as you usually do again.

I usually cave in. That time of the month is miserable enough without worrying about what I eat.
