Question: its an on going debate between friends, and im just wondering if its possible to have an OUTIE (im refering to a womans private parts btw) and if so, how exactly does that work, and why are some women like that. Also, the clitoris isnt an actual THING is it, its just wer two points meet? please someone help resolve this debate, thanks x

u can also get innies and outies in vaginas. innies, the flaps go in. and outties the flaps are on the outside. and a clit is a real thing, when penatrate makes u orgasm. with outtie vaginas the inner lips are on the outside which exposes the clit and other parts of the vagina. and an innie the inner lips are on the inside, which means u have to pull them back to see the clit. about half the women in the world have innies, and the other half have outties. AND also bellybottons, and nippels can be like that

The innie/outie thing refers to navels (belly buttons).
The clitoris is an actual thing it is not just some point in space. It is located above the vagina. You seem to have a utter lack of knowledge of female anatomy.
No women have an external vagina. The vagina is a potential space that leads to the uterus.
Go read your health book it has pictures of human anatomy

I think what you mean by outie is that the Labia Minora goes past the Labia Majora. That's really normal, lots of girls are like that. Yes, the clitoris is real, it's towards the.. um top or whatever.. of the vagina.
I've never heard of this kind of designation for that part of the body, only for navels.
However, taking a guess, I'd think that it refers to the clitoris itself. It is normally hidden somewhat behind the clitoral hood. I'd imagine that it could protrude enough on some women that it sticks out of the hood or, in extreme cases, out of the outer labia.
