Are these my period cramps?!

today i am having cramps. if my period were regular, this would b mi PMS week, adn my period would be on the 31st of this month... but they arent even close to regualr yet!
so i was wondering if these cramps i am having, right below my belly button would be my PMS/period cramps? i just want to know to plan if my period will be soon...

if they are under your belly button yes they would be period cramps so that means your period should be coming soon since you just started it might take maybe a year till it becomes regular so you will never really know when your having your period by the date.
The cramps are probably signs of an upcoming period. But if they continue and you dont have your period, though, you should contact your obgyn, or if you havent seen one yet, you should make an appointment with one.

2. You can have period cramps in the middle of your cycle
3.might not be period cramps. can be from exercising.
