Question: hi i am 13 years old! i was in p.e today at school, and we were doing star jumps as exersice, i had trouble doing it because it hurt down below, it felt like i was going to tear in half ot something, it felt like a breeze there, why is this? i used to be ok when doing star jumps put it is uincompfitable now, what is wrong with me?

Its possible that you might have ton your hymen during your star jump exercises. The hymen is a membrane that covers the vaginal opening before a woman's first intercourse. Many girls and teens tear their hymen while participating in sports like bicycling, horseback riding, gymnastics or inserting tampons.
