How do i stop period pains without taking asprin?!

Question: hot pad and a quiet place. reach as high as you can and lean back as far as you can No major activities. (this will strech out your lower stomach.)after you have streched out you need to put a hot pad on the
place that is affected by the cramps.
drink HOT CHOCOLATE After this
or get a few cubes/blocks of brown sugar(HAS to be brown) and let it dissolve in hot water.drink it while its hot, simple as that, and your cramps will go away. (at least that works for me)*It is also important that you stay away from any extremely cold fluids while your menstruating, (ice cold water, popscicles, anything straight out of the fridge), which makes your cramp even worse, stick with warm beverages/food. ....DO NOT EAT ICE CREAM!!!!!
Hope this helps

You could use a hot pad, or take hot baths, sometimes that works for me. I would reccomend midol instead of asprin during your period.

yoga helps ALOT. or any exercise for that matter. it works out the muscles that are cramping, so instead of curling up in a ball (which we all WANT to do!) get up and move, and you should feel better. go walking, running, vaccuum, dance around your room, ANYTHING! i had to take an exercise class for college and i picked yoga & i thought it was a joke when she said it would help with cramps, because all we were really doing is stretching, but it did help.

use a hot pad and place over abdomen and i know when you have your period exercise is the last thing on your mind but if you can take a walk for thirty minutes, I swear to you that you will feel much better.it works for me

and a pint of ice cream.
